Current Trends and Opportunities
The GCC Youth Science Program raises cancer awareness and fosters interest in biomedical research among undergraduate students at colleges and universities, while also offering continuing education for graduate and postgraduate students as well as medical residents.
It will provide foundational knowledge on current topics of cancer and related fields, featuring presentations on cutting-edge research technologies, advances in patient care, and pathways for translating innovation into entrepreneurship.
The goal of this initiative is to inspire and support the next generation of scientists and clinicians, whose contributions are essential to deepening our understanding of cancer and advancing biomedical research in the ongoing fight against this complex disease.
ELIGIBILITY
St Xavier’s College, Mumbai, students in the 3rd year B.Sc. as well as Master’s degree (Biotechnology, Botany, Life Science, Microbiology and Zoology)
