    GCC ESTABLISHED
    Markey Cancer Center - Lexington, Kentucky, USA
    formed the Global Cancer Consortium (GCC) with:
    → Tata Memorial Centre - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
    → Manipal Academy of Higher Education - Manipal, Karnataka, India
    → Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research Institute - Kolkata, West Bengal, India
    → Mayo Clinic Cancer Center - Rochester, Jacksonville and Scottsdale, USA

    CONFERENCES & EVENTS
    → Hosted our first Virtual Retreat

    → CRDF Global-NCI/NIH Grant for Precision Oncology training program, 2020-2022

Founding Faculty

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees consists of the founding members or representatives of the founding institutions of the consortium. They serve as guardians of the consortium and conserve the core values, objectives, and policies of the consortium.

As a collective body, the trustees hold the highest authority and responsibility to ensure the fulfillment of an organization’s mission. Major decisions made by all the committees, including the Executive Committee, of the consortium require the final approval of the Board of Trustees.

Executive Steering Committee

The executive steering committee is responsible for the overall governance of the consortium. It provides strategic direction for the consortium objectives and sets the policies on consortium operations.

Unanimous approval of all committee members is required before adding new member institutions to the consortium or their representatives to this committee.
